1 · AI outbound calling — past the receptionist
You told us door-to-door wasn't working because you'd get stuck at receptionists instead of owners or purchasing managers. We solved that: for every company, we pull the
named decision maker — purchasing manager, shipping director, owner — with their direct line and work email. Our voice agent asks for them
by name, not by role, which is how receptionists know it's a sales call. When the prospect is interested, she books a callback on your calendar. When she hits voicemail, she leaves a clean message and triggers an email. Up to ~100 calls per day, business hours only, weighted to 7:30am and 4:45pm when gatekeepers are thin.
2 · Email outreach — to the decision maker, not the general inbox
Emails go to the named decision maker
before our agent calls them — so when she dials, she has context and can say "I'm following up on the email I sent." A 3-email sequence: first touch, 4-day follow-up, 10-day close. Replies are AI-classified and routed — interested leads jump to your calendar with a text alert, others auto-park, "remove me" suppresses forever.
3 · Inbound quote agent
Answers your main line 24/7. Gathers every caller's spec — size, grade, quantity, delivery ZIP, timing. Never quotes a price (that's your call). Texts and emails you the complete spec the moment the caller hangs up. Filters out the wrong-number recycling calls in under 30 seconds.
4 · Live CRM dashboard (mobile)
A real-time view on your phone — every call placed, connected, voicemail, response. Every email sent, opened, replied. Every inbound quote, priority-sorted. Every booking on your calendar. One click plays the call recording.
5 · Website rebuild
Modern Amex Recycling site — clear calls to action, mobile-first, quote request form flowing into the same CRM.
How it's hosted
Everything runs on SwiftCall's infrastructure. You don't manage servers, email deliverability, phone routing, dashboard uptime, or software updates — we do, continuously.
What you own, not us:
- Your domain (amexrecycling.com) — you keep it, we point DNS at our hosting.
- Your main phone number — stays at your carrier, forwards to the AI line (no porting).
- Your data — every lead, every call recording, every email thread, every booking.
- Your Google Calendar — your account, we just read/write with your permission.
Data portability — in writing
At any time, or at the end of our engagement, we export your full lead list, call recordings, email records, and booking history to you as CSV and JSON within 14 business days. No hostage situation.
